"Stuffed Mushrooms With Turkey Ham And Oaxaca Cheese"


• 8 mushrooms (large champignon)
• 1/2 cup FUD Turkey Ham chopped
• 1/2 cup FUD Oaxaca Cheese
• 1/2 onion (chopped)
• 2 tablespoons oil
• dill (chopped, for garnishing)
• salt & pepper


1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
3. Finely chop the onion, the mushroom stems and the turkey ham.
4. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil, then cook the chopped onion until it becomes translucent.
5. Add the mushroom stems, and when they’re halfway cooked, add the turkey ham, salt and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the ham filling, then add some shredded Oaxaca cheese on top.
7. Put the mushrooms in a large oven tray, then cook for about 10 minutes, or until they’re golden-brown.
49. Garnish the stuffed mushrooms with ham and cheese with some finely chopped dill.
